No. |

| Do I need a water supply for the fountain? |
No. The fountains are self contained and the water is circulated by a submersible pump. |

| Does the pump use a lot of electricity? |
No. About the same as a lightbulb. |

| How long do special orders take? |
Two to Six weeks depending on the manufacturer. |

| Can I order a fountain in a different color? |
Yes. |

| Do you carry concrete fountains, pots, planters, bird baths, statuary, benches, tables, wall and yard ornaments? |

Yes. Clean water is obviously the best way to maintain a beautiful water feature. Recommended products protect from algae growth and build up of mineral deposits often found in hard water. Never use bleach. |

| Can pieces be ordered individually should a component need replacement? |
Yes. Each component of any fountain can be specified and weights and measurements are available. |

| Is there a warranty? |
Yes. There is a one-year limited warranty on certain concrete and pump products. |

| Does Luigi's deliver fountains? |
No. However, I can help make arrangements with outside contractors. |

| Is there an additional fee to have fountains or large items delivered to my home? |
Yes. |

| Do you carry products that will keep my fountain clean from algae and other bacteria and mosquitos? |

| Is the installation of the fountain included in the cost of the fountain? |

| What should I do to protect my fountain if we have a freeze? |
If there is a electrical plug, remove it from its outlet. Drain all water from the fountain by either pumping it out, removing the drain plug, or bailing it out and ensure it is dry. Then cover the fountain with plastic or a waterproof tarp to prevent freezing and possible pitting of the surface caused by standing water. |
